WE ARE LOOKING FOR
FXIFY is looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our international team.
The UI/UX Designer will be responsible to:
- Lead the design process, contributing ideas and creating artwork aligned with the overall briefs.
- Prepare rough drafts, key visuals, user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to align the team on design concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Plan concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
- Design engaging user interfaces for digital platforms, including websites, apps, and interactive experiences.
- Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts, considering font styles, image selection, readability, and user needs.
- Determining font styling and arrangement of copy and illustrative material.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs, troubleshooting any UX or responsiveness issues.
- Working with the team to ensure that finished projects are of the highest quality
- Design user interfaces for various digital platforms, including websites, apps, and interactive experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision).
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and Figma.
- Experience with the following is not required for the role, but should be considered a significant bonus; Wordpress / HTML / CSS / JavaScript.
- Any experience in Premiere Pro, Lightworks, After Effects, or any GIF / Motion Graphics software is to be considered a bonus.
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Especially PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Desktop publishing/design experience in a corporate environment.
Key Attributes also include:
- Methodical approach with experience of handling several ongoing workstreams.
- Knowledge and experience in layout design, graphic design fundamentals, typography and data visualisations.
- Exceptional communication skills oral and written.
- Committed to understanding the company’s goals and prepared to actively seek more effective ways to achieve them.
- Able to work effectively under pressure, with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, taking pride in an accurate and professional work result within a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills, able to prioritise workflows.
