We are seeking to recruit a full-time Canteen Assistant who will be responsible for the School's Canteen, to join our growing team at PASCAL International Education.

Requirements
- Preparing and serving food and beverages to students and staff members in a timely and friendly manner
- Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and assisting students and staff with their food choices
- Ensuring that food presentation is appealing and in accordance with school standards
- Handling transactions efficiently, including the use of point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the canteen and sanitizing surfaces
- Assisting in monitoring stock levels and informing the Food and Beverages Manager of any shortages
- Ensuring that malfunctioning equipment is reported to the Food and Beverages Manager in a prompt manner
- Following Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure that the canteen and equipment is operated and maintained in a safe and hygienic manner
Minimum Qualifications
- Previous working experience in Hospitality, Cafeteria, or Canteen setting will be considered as an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact and collaborate effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of various computer software programs (i.e. POS)
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages
