Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred
Fluency in Greek and English languages – both verbal and written
Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure along with excellent knowledge of computers (MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel)
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on detail
Capacity to perform effectively under stress and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting

Duties & Responsibilities

Analyse and identify computer issues and provide prompt and efficient fixes
Maintain hardware and software inventory and access rights lists
Equipment repair
Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure components such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, bandwidth bottlenecks, and network latency
Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management, and hardware upgrades
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to travel to client premises as needed for network assessments, installations, and troubleshooting
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their network requirements, address concerns, and provide on-site support and guidance
Represent the organization professionally during client interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience
