The ideal candidate will have experience in pastry production, creativity in dessert design, and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.

The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts, ensuring our desserts stand out for their quality and presentation.

Candidate Profile:

Culinary degree or equivalent experience in pastry arts is preferred.
Proficient in various baking techniques and pastry preparation.
Creative flair for developing new dessert recipes and presentation styles.
Strong knowledge of food safety.
Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Passion for pastry arts and culinary creativity.
Strong attention to details.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensuring quality, taste, and presentation are maintained.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to plan and execute dessert menus for events and daily operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques and flavor profiles into dessert offerings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen equipment.
Assist with special dietary requests or customization for desserts when necessary.
