Our marketing team is growing, and we’re looking for an organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to help execute and optimize key marketing initiatives. This role will play an essential part in elevating our brand presence, supporting campaign execution, and streamlining our marketing efforts across multiple channels.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
- Coordinate content development, including social media posts, newsletters, and website updates, to effectively communicate the BridgerPay brand message.
- Support event planning and logistics for industry events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring the BridgerPay brand stands out.
- Conduct market research to provide insights on market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics.
- Compile and analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend optimizations and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate across teams, particularly with sales and product, to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.
Skills- Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hootsuite, Figma) is a plus.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to create content that resonates with a B2B audience.
- Exceptional command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, proofread for accuracy, and adapt language for diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset, able to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
- Creative and adaptable thinker, with the ability to bring ideas to life quickly.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications- A degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a B2B software/fintech environment is advantageous.
