About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in communicating the Snappi Product Team vision and his/her contribution will impact numerous of Snappi clients and internal stakeholders.
What You 'll Be Doing
- Define and communicate the strategy and the overall vision of the product that aligns with the overall objectives of the digital bank, including digital products and the Banking as a Service (BaaS) offering
- Prioritize creating a seamless and intuitive digital experience for customers
- Understand user needs and pain points to continually improve the digital banking experience
- Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities based on customer feedback, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
- Use data analysis and customer research to make informed decisions about which features will provide the most value to users
- Stay up-to-date with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Use data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, marketers, and customer support, to execute the product roadmap effectively
- Continuously iterate on the bank to stay ahead of competitors and meet evolving customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Business, Finance or Technology or equivalent work experience in the field of Digital Banking or consulting
- Minimum 8 years' experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in digital financial services
- Good knowledge of retail banking products
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, negotiation, presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Keen eye on detail
- Ability in decision making, problem analysis and problem solving
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solving attitude
