Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding transportation services
- Address inquiries related to bookings, schedules, and service policies, providing accurate information
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive service experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the company database
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient problem resolution
- Stay updated on transportation service offerings and related changes to assist customers accurately
- Collect customer feedback and provide recommendations for service improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or support roles, especially within the transportation or travel sectors
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex customer inquiries
- Proficient in using customer support software and online communication tools
