Polish Speaking Customer Advisor for iGaming to join our remote team based in Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who love the online gaming sector and are eager to provide exemplary customer service to our Polish-speaking clients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they enjoy a seamless gaming experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels, addressing inquiries related to accounts, promotions, and gameplay
- Provide detailed information about game features, bonuses, and promotional offerings to maximize customer engagement
- Effectively manage customer complaints and technical issues, ensuring timely resolutions to enhance satisfaction
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the iGaming industry to provide knowledgeable assistance
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to contribute to ongoing service improvement efforts
- Collaborate with remote team members to foster a supportive and engaging work environment
- Assist in initiatives designed to boost customer loyalty and retention among our Polish-speaking clientele
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English is essential; Greek language skills are a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the iGaming or online entertainment industries, is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences
- Able to explain complex gaming concepts in a clear and engaging manner
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with iGaming platforms and customer support tools is advantageous
