Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive technical support to Polish-speaking customers through phone, email, and live chat
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, offering clear and concise instructions to customers
- Walk customers through standard troubleshooting procedures to resolve their concerns
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolutions
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with tech products and services
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and self-service resources for customers
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required
- Previous experience in IT support or a customer service role is preferred
- Strong understanding of technology products and concepts is essential
- Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with customers and technical teams
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with customer service software and troubleshooting tools is advantageous
