Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat
- Assist with product inquiries, order processing, and any related service issues
- Resolve customer complaints professionally while maintaining a positive experience
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues promptly
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
- Stay informed about the company's offerings and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Meet individual and team performance goals for customer satisfaction and response times
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of customers across various time zones
