In this important role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing outstanding support related to our innovative fitness technology products and services. Your proficiency in Polish will empower you to deliver personalized assistance and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in Polish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressed inquiries regarding fitness technology products
- Guide users in troubleshooting technical issues and provide detailed product information and resources
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolutions and high levels of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining comprehensive records of inquiries, feedback, and solutions
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to escalate complex issues and work towards effective solutions
- Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness technology and product offerings to enhance customer support
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience and fostering brand loyalty
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the fitness technology or related industries, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and guide customers to appropriate solutions
- Familiarity with fitness technology products and experience with customer service software is a plus
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
