In this vital position, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure online environment for our Italian-speaking users, effectively managing trust and safety inquiries while upholding our community standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist Italian-speaking users by responding to their safety inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Investigate reports of safety violations, such as harassment or inappropriate content, and provide appropriate resolutions
- Enforce the trust and safety policies to ensure the integrity of our platforms
- Educate users on best practices for safe online behavior and promote a responsible digital community
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance our digital safety features and implement necessary policy updates
- Analyze user reports and safety trends to identify potential areas for improvement and preventive measures
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices related to digital trust and safety
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in trust and safety, online moderation, or customer support roles is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address complex safety issues
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to maintaining user privacy and trust
- Familiarity with digital platforms and understanding of applicable online safety regulations
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team
- Willingness to maintain flexible hours to support user needs, including weekends or holidays as necessary
