Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Training
- F&B Management and Supplier Relations
- Overseeing gaming equipment to ensure the latest technology and regular updates
- Ensuring excellent customer service and fostering strong customer relationships
- Organizing events to increase foot traffic (e.g., children’s parties, tournaments, game screenings)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in an internet café or gaming hub is a plus)
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Computer Science is a plus
- Knowledge of gaming experience essentials (hardware/software/gaming)
- Strong team management and training abilities
