Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute personalised, data-driven CRM strategies to boost player engagement and lifetime value.
- Design and manage captivating promotions, offers, and loyalty programs tailored to the players’ needs.
- Dive into customer data to create segmented campaigns, delivering the right message to the right audience at the right time.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Data teams to align on initiatives and optimise performance.
- Monitor key KPIs, analyse campaign success, and continuously improve strategy based on insights.
- Use your 3-4 years of experience in CRM for Social Casino to ensure we stay ahead of the game!
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in CRM, with a focus on Social Casino.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
