Responsibilities
- Moderate user-generated content on a leading social media platform to ensure adherence to community guidelines
- Review and analyze posts, comments, and messages in Polish for appropriateness and accuracy
- Identify and report violations of community standards, including hate speech, misinformation, and harassment
- Engage with users by responding to questions regarding moderation policies and practices
- Collaborate with the moderation team to share insights and enhance content moderation strategies
- Maintain thorough records of moderation activities and assist in tracking content trends
- Participate in training sessions to remain updated on industry best practices and changes in moderation policies
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in content moderation, social media management, or a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to critically assess content
- Excellent analytical thinking and effective decision-making skills
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their moderation guidelines
- Capable of working independently in a remote environment and collaboratively within a team
