Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries in Polish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and returns in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide detailed and accurate product knowledge to enhance the customer experience
- Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain accurate records in the company database
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer feedback and develop solutions for common issues
- Gather customer feedback to assist in refining service processes and improving overall satisfaction
- Engage in ongoing training to stay knowledgeable about the latest products and customer service techniques
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish is mandatory; proficiency in English is also required
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the retail or e-commerce industries
- A strong interest in fashion and awareness of current trends is highly advantageous
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while providing excellent service
- Familiarity with customer service software and online communication tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective multitasking abilities
