Italian Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant based in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a consultant, you will assist Italian-speaking clients with their search engine-related inquiries, guiding them to optimize their online presence effectively from anywhere you choose to work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to Italian-speaking clients regarding search engine services and optimization techniques
- Educate customers on how to effectively use search engine tools to enhance their online visibility and performance
- Respond to client inquiries with clarity, offering tailored solutions that meet their specific needs
- Analyze customer accounts and deliver personalized recommendations for improvement and growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with relevant insights and advice
- Document interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing service enhancements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, especially in search engine optimization, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably
- Familiarity with search engine tools and analytics platforms is considered a plus
