Responsibilities
- Engage with Polish-speaking clients to identify their advertising requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of our advertising offerings
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth
- Work collaboratively with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies that align with client goals
- Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and manage sales activities efficiently
- Remain up-to-date with industry trends to offer relevant insights and adapt strategies accordingly
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken; additional language proficiency is an advantage
- Demonstrated sales experience, particularly within the digital marketing or advertising sector
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in closing sales
- Familiarity with CRM tools and an understanding of sales metrics
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, driven by achievements and performance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients
