Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support to Italian-speaking customers via multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues while providing clear instructions to customers
- Guide customers through troubleshooting processes and offer solutions tailored to their needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues and their resolutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex problems and drive effective resolutions
- Engage in continuous learning through training sessions to stay updated on the latest tech products and services
- Help develop support documentation and resources to enhance the customer self-service experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is also essential
- Experience in IT support or a related customer service role is highly desired
- A good understanding of technology concepts and products is important
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and the technical team
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities efficiently
- Familiarity with customer service software and IT troubleshooting tools will be an advantage
