Polish Speaking Search Engine Customer Consultant located in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and committed to providing outstanding customer service. In this position, you will assist Polish-speaking clients with their inquiries related to search engine services, guiding them to optimize their online presence effectively from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to Polish-speaking clients regarding search engine services and optimization strategies
- Educate customers on how to effectively utilize search engine tools to enhance their online visibility
- Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs
- Analyze client accounts and deliver personalized recommendations for improvement and growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to deliver relevant insights to clients
- Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and effective customer experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or digital marketing, especially in search engine optimization, is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and understandably
- Familiarity with search engine tools and analytics platforms is considered an advantage
