In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries and issues related to their travel arrangements and services on our platform. Your fluency in Polish will be critical in ensuring clients receive outstanding assistance and enjoy a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about online travel services and bookings
- Assist clients in navigating the booking process and making modifications to their itineraries as needed
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring swift resolutions and high levels of satisfaction
- Document customer interactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of inquiries and their outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly
- Stay updated on the latest travel trends, services, and policies to provide informed assistance to clients
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer experience and building loyalty in the online travel sector
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries effectively
- Familiarity with online travel booking platforms and services is an advantage
