Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns related to travel bookings
- Assist customers with reservation processes, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals, while managing any necessary changes or cancellations
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring a positive outcome for every customer
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our systems to maintain complete and accurate records
- Work collaboratively with travel partners and internal teams to gather information and provide solutions to customers
- Stay up-to-date with travel regulations, policies, and promotions to deliver accurate information to clients
- Achieve and exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and service efficiency
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle customer inquiries effectively
- Familiarity with online booking platforms and customer service software is a plus
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with good time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
