On behalf of our client, a well-establish company in Cyprus and well known as an International and European award - winning architecture firm located in Larnaca we are seeking to recruit a Junior architect.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Experience (internships, co-op positions) in architectural design or planning is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of architectural principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior architects and project teams to develop architectural designs and solutions.
- Assist in preparing design documents, including drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to gather information and ensure compliance with architectural standards.
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents and specifications under supervision.
- Assist in the research and preparation of feasibility studies and design proposals.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and assisting in presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and new technologies.
- Contribute to maintaining the company's quality standards and best practices.
