On behalf of our client, one of the leading property developers in Cyprus, we are looking to hire an Interior Designer to join their team.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid foundation in interior design principles and have a sharp attention to detail during site assessments and space planning.
Candidate profile:
- A College Degree/University Degree on related field is required
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCad
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills)
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office (i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Highly-organized, polite, kind and responsible person
- Excellent, communication, PR and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within time limits
- Professionalism, integrity, honesty
Duties and responsibilities:
- Arranging meetings with clients for interior design of properties
- Coordination and inspection of Company’s projects
- Coordination and dealing with Company’s clients requests
- Prepare letters/applications where necessary
- Sending Fax and E-mails
- Going out from the office for outside office work when needed
- Provide various predesign services which may include conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies, selecting a site, or specifying the requirements the design must meet
- Prepare drawings and present ideas for reviewing
- Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' and market needs
- Develop final construction plans that show the building's appearance as well as details for its construction
- Follow building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances
- Make necessary changes throughout the planning process
- Supervision of projects from A-Z
