We are seeking to recruit a friendly and outgoing personality for the position of Host/Hostess.

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Duties and responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized.
Collaborate with the serving staff to maintain service flow and guest satisfaction.
Address guest inquiries and manage any complaints in a professional manner.
Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and enhance the guest experience.
Support the team during peak service times by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
