The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and attributes:
Candidates profile:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an architecture, design, or creative industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Diary management skills and excellent knowledge of mailing and calendar organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the architecture team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel itineraries.
- General secretarial and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for clients and internal meetings.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication and service.
- Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
- Help maintain the firm’s databases and filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Contribute to the creation of proposals, contracts, and formal communications.
