We are seeking to recruit a friendly and outgoing personality for the position of Host/Hostess.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized.
- Collaborate with the serving staff to maintain service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest inquiries and manage any complaints in a professional manner.
- Assist with seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and enhance the guest experience.
- Support the team during peak service times by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
