We are looking for a Porsche Center Manager who shares our passion for luxury sport cars based in Thessaloniki.
In this position you will be called to:
- Lead staff by establishing and measuring goals and expectations and providing guidance in order to ensure development of skills
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and service strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing revenue and sales targets
- Regularly monitor sales performance metrics, taking corrective actions as needed and reporting progress to senior management
- Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring the dealership consistently delivers exceptional experiences at every touchpoint as well as effective customer service processes, addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Track key financial metrics such as gross profit margins, inventory turnover, and operating expenses, making strategic decisions to optimize performance
- Streamline dealership and facility operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize resource utilization
- Establish and maintain best practices for inventory management, pricing strategies, and facility upkeep
- Collaborate with the importer team to design and execute successful sales, marketing, and aftersales initiatives
Requirements
The ideal candidate needs to possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in automotive dealership management with experience in P&L responsibility, preferably in high-end brands
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams
- Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills both in the Greek and English language
