Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will ensure that all activities related to the design of liquid food production line projects comply with company guidelines and international standards. Specifically:
- Study and analyze flow diagrams (P&ID), project documents, and client specifications
- Research, study, evaluate, and understand local codes and standards to incorporate them into the design process
- Collaborate with the Design & Study team and the Project team
- Survey project execution sites for the seamless integration of new equipment
- Create 2D & 3D designs (AutoCAD 3D, Inventor) for production line mechanical projects from pre-design to execution
- Prepare construction drawings (Inventor)
- Ensure the application of good hygiene, safety, and environmental practices, in line with the company's certified systems
- Manage equipment lists
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners for project implementation
- Prepare the technical project file in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Deliver and archive as-built drawings upon project completion
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (TEI or University) or Industrial Design
- At least 3 years of experience in mechanical designs for industrial facilities
- Strong knowledge of 2D & 3D design software
- Excellent English skills (written and oral)
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Greece and abroad
- Valid driver's license

- Experience in projects involving production lines for liquid food industries, focusing on piping and assembly design
