Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and order processes
- Work closely with other team members and departments to enhance service quality
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Contribute to team efforts aimed at continuous improvement in customer service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is also required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service or a related role is highly preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in using technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office tools
- A collaborative spirit paired with a positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, when needed
