We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist to join our team on behalf of one of our top clients, leader in the education industry.
Responsibilities:
- Installation & Support of user workstations (PCs, Printers, VoIP, etc.)
- Installation & Support of IT applications
- Installation & Support of network solutions (Firewall, Switches, WiFi, etc.)
- Technical support for students (Online help desk)
- Resolution of technical issues (Troubleshooting)
Requirements
- University or College Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or System Administration
- Proficiency in troubleshooting computer issues (Software, Hardware)
- Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
- Military obligations fullfiled (for male candidates)
- 6 -12 months of relevant experience will be considered a plus
