Alumil, a leading company in the research, development, and production of architectural aluminium systems in Europe, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Consolidation department.
Who are we looking for?
The Administrative Assistant serves as an integral member of the Financial Division. This position reports to the Consolidation Manager and is responsible for supporting tasks that facilitate the accurate and timely consolidation of financial data.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks to support the Consolidation department's operations. You will work closely with team members to ensure smooth processes and efficient communication within the department.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Consolidation department, including maintaining records and filing systems
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and data analysis as required
- Support other team members with various tasks as required
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the department
- Entering information into the consolidation database
- Conduct accuracy checks to ensure accuracy and validity of information
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established departmental requirements and policies
- Management of incoming requests and other communications
Requirements
- IEK graduate, Faculty of Economics and Administration or a related field is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment
- Prior experience in a similar role or in a related field of financial management is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - proficiency in Excel will be highly regarded
- Excellent command of both Greek & English language
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Systematic organization, adherence to consistency, and upholding confidentiality
