The Designed Accessories Junior Product Manager is responsible for the creation, development, management and promotion of its products, throughout their life cycle, in order to generate profitability for the business. The role collaborates with the rest of the company's departments and subsidiaries to implement product goals and meet the needs of the company's customers while ensuring that the product serves the company's overall strategic goals.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and management of the accessories product line
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate daily with engineering, procurement, logistics and sales teams on product innovations
- Support pricing strategies and product lifecycle management
- Prepare product documentation and relative stock arrangements
- Coordinate with sales teams to gather feedback and improve product offerings
- Analyze product performance metrics and recommend enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in product management or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Very good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Familiarity with the aluminum industry will be preferred
- Passion for innovation and strong attention to detail
