Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in Portuguese, addressing inquiries related to automotive products, services, and troubleshooting
- Assist customers with order placements, updates, and any concerns related to their purchases, ensuring a seamless experience
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system and maintain up-to-date records for efficient follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure customers receive timely updates throughout the process
- Stay informed about the latest automotive products and industry trends to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations
- Engage proactively with customers, fostering long-term relationships by understanding their needs and preferences
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills continuously
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach to addressing inquiries and concerns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers professionally and effectively
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records
