Position Overview
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will ensure that all activities related to the construction of liquid food production lines adhere to company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, manage, and monitor projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery
- Ensure the availability and allocation of necessary resources
- Collaborate with the project team and Operations Manager
- Supervise subcontractors and coordinate their work
- Ensure the implementation of hygiene, safety, and environmental protection practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Test, commission, and deliver projects to clients
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in engineering applications at industrial installations
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent command of English (written and oral)
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office applications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Flexibility to travel in Greece and abroad
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in production line installation projects for dairy producers
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2)
