About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Project Leader to join our Operations Department. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the banking industry, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to navigate complex environments with strategic foresight.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
- Proficient English speaker
- Extensive experience in project management within the banking sector, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, digital banking technologies, and regulatory requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong time management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and tools like JIRA
