About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Test Lead to join our Operations Department. As the Automation QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading and executing the automation testing strategy for our projects. You will work closely with the development and QA teams to identify test cases suitable for automation and design and implement automated tests to support continuous integration and delivery processes.

- Tracking defects and ensuring resolution
- Evaluating and improving the testing process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Proficient English speaker
- Extensive experience in testing within the banking sector, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, digital banking technologies, and regulatory requirements
- Strong time management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail
