The Role
As a Sales Operations Specialist at Alumil, you will be an essential member of our Sales Operations department based in Thessaloniki. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and interpret sales data and market trends to improve sales efficiency and enhance performance.
Each day, you'll engage with internal stakeholders in the sales division, tackling a diverse range of tasks, including keeping an eye on the sales performance metrics for Alumil Group. Your role will involve navigating through various data sets, interpreting them, and crafting reports for the Sales Division. To excel in this, you'll analyze intricate data structures and transform them into meaningful insights.
Your go-to tools will be Excel and Power BI. Additionally, you'll take on tech responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting the automation of the sales division's information systems.
Your impact
We are seeking an individual who possesses a robust background in both sales and technology, along with a thorough understanding of sales efficiency and a passion for data analysis. Your analytical abilities, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills are vital in comprehending the data and verifying the information to draw the appropriate conclusions.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and regularly update the sales database in the CRM system
- Monitoring Sales Performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Collecting and analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Preparing regular sales reports and presentations for stakeholders
- Utilizing analytical tools such as Power BI to visualize data and enhance reporting
- Oversee and update data within the SAP SD module
- Delivering valuable insights into customer behaviors and preferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Applied Informatics or similar
- MSc in Data Analysis or MBA will be appreciated
- Previous experience in SAP software and in B2B sales analysis will be highly considered
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data
- Knowledge of Power Automate or similar tool will be appreciated
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
