Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Czech-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to our products and services
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues in our support management system
- Guide customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide insights on customer feedback
- Create and update support documentation and FAQs in Czech for customer reference
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and satisfaction levels are met
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and support software
- Able to manage multiple tasks and efficiently prioritize in a remote work environment
- Basic understanding of technology and technical processes is a plus
