Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through email, phone, and chat communications
- Handle client inquiries effectively and troubleshoot issues to promote customer loyalty
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery and share valuable insights
- Accurately document client interactions in our CRM system to maintain organized records
- Assist clients during the onboarding process, guiding them through our services and resources
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions to improve their overall experience
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and best practices in customer support
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is a must
- Previous experience in customer support or client-facing roles is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills, focusing on empathy and effective problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM platforms is an advantage
- A proactive and positive mindset with a genuine desire to help clients
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary
