Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch via multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding our products and services, delivering prompt and effective solutions
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and to the customer's satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately, maintaining thorough records for future reference
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure successful resolutions
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide relevant assistance to customers
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing overall customer experience and satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer service roles, particularly within support environments, is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer care
- Able to efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills in documenting customer interactions
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new environment
