Responsibilities
- Manage and moderate user interactions on various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, questions, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Identify, flag, and report inappropriate content, providing insights to improve moderation practices
- Stay abreast of current social media trends to adapt and enhance moderation strategies effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and improve social media engagement initiatives
- Support the creation and execution of social media content strategies and promotional campaigns
- Analyze community interaction metrics to evaluate moderation effectiveness and suggest improvements
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Italian and English
- Previous experience in social media moderation or relevant customer service roles is preferred
- Understanding of various social media platforms and their community standards
- A motivated individual able to work independently in a remote environment
- Effective problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities
