Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Italian
- Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, and travel-related concerns from a remote setting
- Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Communicate important flight information, updates, and policies clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to promote excellence in service delivery
- Stay informed about airline services, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian is required; proficiency in English is also essential
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the airline or travel industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer management software is a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
