Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for Italian-speaking clients seeking roadside assistance
- Evaluate and assess client needs to coordinate the effective provision of services
- Maintain regular communication with customers about their service requests and updates
- Work in collaboration with service providers to ensure prompt and satisfactory support
- Document all client interactions and service requests meticulously for reporting purposes
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with automotive systems or roadside assistance processes is advantageous
- Must be based in Greece and available for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
