Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking customers seeking roadside assistance
- Assess customer needs and efficiently coordinate the provision of necessary assistance
- Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process, providing updates and reassurance
- Collaborate with service providers to ensure rapid and efficient service delivery
- Accurately document all client interactions and service requests for quality assurance
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a relevant support role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of automotive services or roadside assistance processes is advantageous
- Must be based in Greece and available for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
