Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service and support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring their individual needs are met effectively
- Assist clients with inquiries about luxury products and brand offerings, providing them with detailed and accurate information
- Stay current with product offerings, promotions, and luxury market trends to enhance customer interactions
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience
- Respond to customer feedback and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Participate in training opportunities to further develop service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Prior experience in luxury retail or high-end customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on the enhancement of customer experience
- A strong passion for luxury brands and a comprehensive understanding of luxury consumer behavior
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
