Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing financial inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and understanding financial products
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved issues with diligence
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries and ensure timely resolutions
- Stay updated on financial regulations, products, and services to provide informed assistance to customers
- Work towards achieving performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial products and services preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as required
