Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Czech-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to our products and services
- Educate customers on product features, functionalities, and best practices for effective usage
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support database
- Collaborate with internal teams to efficiently address and resolve complex technical inquiries
- Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to deliver informed support
- Engage in continuous training to enhance your technical skills and customer support capabilities
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in a technology-related context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of technical concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with customer support software and ticketing systems is beneficial
