In this vital role, you will provide critical support to Polish-speaking clients who require assistance during roadside emergencies. Responsibilities
- Manage and handle emergency roadside assistance requests from Polish-speaking clients in a remote setting
- Assess client needs and promptly dispatch appropriate assistance services to ensure timely support
- Maintain professional and clear communication with clients throughout the assistance process
- Accurately document all service requests and actions taken in compliance with company procedures
- Collaborate with local service providers and emergency responders to facilitate quick assistance
- Effectively address customer inquiries and complaints, focusing on delivering high levels of satisfaction
- Stay informed about local regulations, company policies, and best practices in roadside assistance
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Greek is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably in roadside assistance or emergency services
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced remote environment
- Exceptional communication skills focused on providing excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and proactively within a remote team setting
- Familiarity with CRM systems and emergency response protocols is preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if necessary
