Your Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to Greek-speaking clients through various communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a courteous and professional attitude during all interactions
- Document customer interactions accurately to improve future service responses
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and knowledge about electric products and services
Requirements
- Fluency in Greek (both written and spoken) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your C.V. or Cover Letter
- Strong passion for customer service and helping others
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage customer issues and provide timely solutions
